After working in the rope access industry for over 10 years around Australia, Joe noticed there was a significant lack of professionalism and care not only for the contracts that were being executed but also the relations with customers. At this point Joe decided he was ready to change the reputation of rope access in a city that he is passionate about- Melbourne!
